As in 2020, the nominated professionals are those who, over the past 12 months, have shared their professional and personal experiences with us through various interviews in our «Professional of the month» section.

Following the 2020 procedure, the winners will be chosen not only on the basis of the results of the survey, but also on the basis of a quantitative model that also takes into account the readership of the interview on the website and the echo on social networks, both on Twitter and LinkedIn. Weighing these three criteria, the aim is to give special importance to the impact and recognition of the professional within the industry.
